Our Scalper/Cleaners are designed for economical and efficient elimination of both undersize particles and oversize particles & trash from a variety of grains, rice, soybeans, feed ingredients and other granular dry products. They work great on combined hemp biomass The dust-tight design means our scalpers actually collects Kief and fine particles instead blowing them into the air, losing high potency cannabinoids. Cleaning combined biomass has become a necessity today. Removing the stems and seeds and other foreign objects from your biomass increases potency levels because there is less benign matter diluting your test results. 

We have seed cleaners capable of cleaning up to 450 bushels per hour of wheat, oats, soybeans and hemp among other crops. In calibration mode (sizing by weight) the unit can operate at an impressive rate of 400 bushels per hour. We can not only clean the seeds out of your biomass, we can actually sort the seeds by viability and size. Making a big seed purchase and want to up your germination rate? Our machines sort out hollow, damaged and cracked seed allowing your seed supplier to replace the damaged seed before you plant. Our machines work great for removing stems, nightshade berries and other unwanted foreign objects that might pass through the scalper table.
