B2B Hemp Cultivation Contracts

Magna LLC has the ability to secure and manage over 1000 irrigated, proven acres for hemp cultivation for the 2023 season. Industrial hemp has traditionally been divided into three main categories: fiber, grain and high-cannabinoid producing, such as high potency hemp varieties. Although our primary business is high potency biomass, we will contract for fiber and seed production. The scope and scale of commercial hemp production is likely to dwarf most farming operations, especially the recreational cannabis industry. Because large scale farming operations can be complex, Magna LLC requires the following types of business relationships for B2B hemp cultivation:

Agricultural Production Contract (APC) that specifies production practices and the expected quantity, quality and agreed-upon payment. 

Cash Forward Contract, an agreement that concerns the sale of a fixed amount of the commodity at a set price for future delivery. 

CBD/CBG Hemp Flower Futures

High potency Hemp Flower is a specialty market within the industrial hemp space. Our specially selected high cannabinoid hemp strains are cultivated following almost the same practices as medical cannabis – We grown in greenhouses and/or indoors and trim to produce a premium high cannabinoid hemp lower product.

Industrial Hemp Biomass Futures

We are actively seeking large scale Industrial hemp biomass futures contracts. In 2021 we will have the capacity to grow 400+ acres of industrial hemp. All of our acreage is under pivot irrigation on proven crop production circles. Previous uses includes potatoes, alfalfa and triticale and hemp. 

*Traditionally, mechanically harvested hemp brings a lower price compared to hand harvested hemp. Industrial hemp is more often acquired late in the season when the highest potency indoor hemp varieties have been depleted. Our wet harvesting method allows our outdoor hemp to effectively compete with indoor/greenhouse grown hemp.
